Ted Mikels was a soft core horror film maker who reveled in the combined titillation of blood and bare skin. His 1972 Blood Orgy of the She Devils used the theme of demonic possession to portray a group of otherwise normal suburbanites as a blood crazed group of scantily clad demons hell bent on inflicting pain on members of the male sex. In their state of bedevilment, these women not only shed their clothes, but also take on a strong odor of testosterone in their lust for blood.
